Can a Teenage Parent Leave Home With Permission
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Can I move out of my parents home with a child?
Okay I am 16 years old and I am a parent of 1 child. I am a single parent. I will be 17 ..July 28 I'm graduating high school next year 2017 . My parents wants to move to a different county but I don't want to move with them. I have the goal set of finishing school and working for my child. I just need for my parents to agree with me moving out. They believe I have to be 18 to move out, as I do research I see the age is 16. I'm trying to leave home pretty soon before this year ends. What should I Do?

If your parents don't agree to having you move out, then you will be living where they tell you. Being a teenage parent doesn't give you extra rights that other teenagers don't have.

If your parents say you can move out, you can move out. If your parents say you can't move out, you can't move out. It really is that simple.
