What Supporting Documents Should You File With a N400 Form
Based on the five year continuous permanent residency eligibility, do I need to send ANY supporting documents?
I know I need to send the filing fee, two pictures, copy of the front and back if the green card, and the form N400.
    No criminal record.
Do I need to send anything else, i.e. copies of the tax returns?
    Thanks

Read the instructions, at pages 10 - 14. For the documentation that you are not required to submit with the N-400, you should bring the documentation to your interview.

    Form N-400
Check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security for $680 (filing fee $595 + biometrics $85)
    Two photographs (front facing)
Copy of green card (front and back)
Passport—biographic page and every page that has a stamp for international travel
If there are “Yes” answers to questions on N-400, include explanation and any supporting documentation.
If there are criminal charges, attach certified court dispositions.
If money is owed to IRS, include proof of payment plan with that agency.
