Bringing an Adult Child to the United States, With a Past Negative DNA Test
I filed for an Immigrant visa for my 2 children in Africa 10 years a ago. My first child is a girl and the second is a boy. After the DNA result by US Embassy, I was told my oldest child is not mine so she was denied the visa but the second one was issued a visa. That was 2008. i was very angry about the result so i took time off from work and went to Africa . I took her to 2 recognized clinics to perform another DNA tests and they both came back Positive. When I came back to US i had an appeal letter from US Immigration to appeal my case but it was already over because i was given 30 days to do the appeal but i was there for 2 1/2 months so when i sent the appeal form and the fee of $550.00 with a copy of Plane Ticket it was returned to me. Now My daughter is graduating next month as a medical student. How can I bring her to United State. Thanks

Bring her in for what purpose? As a tourist?
