You'll need to explain that more, but it's hard for a quit claim deed by itself to be fraudulent as it makes no representaitons that the grantor has any interest in the property to grant.

You kind of have to actually ask a question and provide the relevant facts to get a response. Just providing an address won’t get you any help.

What is the suspect's penalty in WA if she has been convicted of crime(multi fraud paper works and illegal actions) by related department with enough evidence?
Can I withdraw my report/claim or request related department to give her a light sentence if she make an apologize to me for her criminal actions with her brother and sister and a guarantee?
I try to give her a chance to just recover my ownership title for my property as waited for their family's debt from me last whole year... ...
In my eyes, money is not important but justice is since she was my girl...
Anyway, I won't to charge her to the court or report her family to a department if that way will destroy her family life due to her multi criminal actions...
I just lost my mind, and don't know what can I do? Because she was my girl...
Could you confirm that her penalty before I make a claim to related department, please?

All really you’ve told us is that she was convicted of one or more fraud related crimes. Without knowing exactly what she was convicted of there is no way to tell you what the sentence might be. If she has already been convicted there may not be a whole lot you can do one way or the other to affect her sentence.
