Accusations of Sexual Abuse of a Minor

His daughters said he touched them and it did occur a year before they brought up the accusations. He can't afford another counsel, and he has no way of contacting his lawyer unless his lawyer calls him, which is why I am doing this for him.

How does he have no way of contacting another lawyer? If his lawyer can contact him he can contact another lawyer.

You can ask questions on a legal forum but you cannot fire his lawyer for him. All he has to do is fire this lawyer and then use the money for another lawyer.
