Can You Get Support Modified by Claiming Improper Service, False Testimony
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Indiana
I was ordered to pay Support years ago but was never isaues a summons. The mother jst said one day "cmon we got court today". There was no judge present and I was never offered time to get a lawyer. The mother was told t lie on court about us living togethwr by a woman at the family court office just in case I decided to bail on her, support would already be estblished. I was threatened by the mother ro comply or else I would be kicked out, not be able to see child and threatened with violence. At the time was 100% supporting the child and mother of my own valition. Soon after the mother kicked me out anyway and has denied me seein my child. Do have a leg to stand on vacating this order? Ty

No, you do not. You might be able to get it modified if your income has gone down, but you still have to support your child no matter what.

What you can do is file to establish your parenting time rights.
