Can I Get Emancipated if I'm Unhappy Where I'm Living

I was living with my boyfriend and his mother all while paying for my expenses , keeping a full time job , and going to school everyday . I was also helping with the house and helping pay for bills . me and my mother do not get along , arguing everyday , etc... I'm not physically or mentally happy living with her and want to get emancipated . I am currently sleeping on the couch with no room of my own at my mothers house . I am financially independent but how do I get emancipation in my favor ?

You'd start by telling us your location and actually reading through the mountains of other emancipation threads.

If you are not living on your own and paying 100% of what it takes to support you, then the blunt (but legally correct) answer is, you don't.

What, you're paying the rent? The utility bill? Then you're not paying all your own expenses.

You didn't follow the instruction to identify your state, but you haven't identified facts that would support emancipation in any state.

Your age also matters, and you’ve not told us that either.

And can you prove this to the court's satisfaction? You have the ability to pay full market rent, utilities, clothing, food, health insurance, transportation, sundries ... ?

You can pay the market rate for rent? Utilities? Food, clothing, transportation, insurance, medical care, staples, school fees and supplies, everything, all while going to school and keeping your grades above average?

"My mother and I don't get along" will NOT get you emancipated even in the unlikely event that you can truthfully answer yes to the above. Got anything else?

I need staples for what exactly??? I know for a fact that I can support myself with everything you just named. But who is going to let a 16 year old sign a lease??? NOBODY.

Then I guess you're not going to be emancipated, are you?
