The father has no drug convictions, nor has he ever even been charged with a drug charge. He may have a DUI from 3 or more years back. The mother had originally complained that the father had threatened her and that he had a gun. The police came and asked for his gun, which he got out and gave to them,( the gun was disassembled ), He has since gotten the gun released back to him. At the time of this incident, the mother went and got a restraining order which was for 2 years and has been completed. The mother is just a vengeful person and has refused to let the father see his child as well as not allowing anyone else in the father's family see the child or even talk to the child on the phone.
Thank you. She has no real reason to request testing and is just a hateful person. There is also a taped conversion regarding the mother taking the child,(10 yrs old), to a pornographic movie rated R and three times in the conversation she denies taking the child. Then she slips up and says---he/she thought it was hilarious. She then admitted 2 more times that she had taken the child. The woman is sick.
Who are you in this? An R rated movie is NOT pornographic. Mom could take HER child there. She has the right to make that decision.
What has dad done to get visitation? Has there ever been a visitation order?
