Accusing a Local Judge of Harassment
My question involves defamation in the state of: Georgia
I am neighbors with a judge in my county who has harassed me since i moved in & now is e-mailing me daily. He is saying things about myself & a friend who lives with me. His e-mails are through his government account. My question is, who can i go to, to file a complaint against this person. Without going into great detail, he has done many things wrong, like trespassing, going into my mailbox, tried to start a physical altercation, i was bitten by his dog & now the e-mails. Tip of the iceberg...I really have no idea where to go with this. Any help is appreciated, i just want to live in peace.

Since he's a judge the police may handle it a little differently than if it was you or me, but at least you'll have a record of your complaints against him.

If you do call the cops on him it will probably have one of two effects on his behavior. Either he'll back off and problem solved or he'll get more belligerent and escalate it to the point where the cops won't have a choice but to do something about it.
You neighbor sounds like a bully and if so he will keep up and possibly escalate his behavior until you stand up to him and push back.
