Accused of Fraud After a Car Dealer Altered a Paystub for a Car Loan Application
My husband I recently applied for a loan to buy a 5th wheel. The dealership altered my husbands pay stub without our permission or our knowledge.
The bank called my husbands company and he was nearly fired and is now under scrutiny.
What can we do about this. I want to take legal actions against this man.
What he did could have seriously hurt our family and cost my husband his job.

"Could have" and "have" are very different scenarios. You can't sue for damages if there weren't any, which it sounds like there weren't.

You can explore reporting the alleged misconduct to whatever agency regulates auto dealers in your state. As you didn't follow the instruction to identify your state, you'll have to do a bit of searching to identify that agency.
