Can You Get Custody Changed Over School Tardies

I have a question for the volunteers here....

If mom signed an agreement to get the child to school on time, and she's violating it, should dad try to hold her in contempt?

You can only ask that a court hold somebody in contempt of an actual court order. A side agreement is not a court order, and can normally be terminated by either party at any time.
