    If it's just curiosity I'm not wasting my time on it.

    When you have an actual situation, I may rethink the issue. Or I may not. Depending on how annoying you are.

    its about this arab gang in another country in the new Zealand area who abused me over facebook and its in texas, and its me saying bad things about them such as making fun of facial characteristics of being an arab and so on

    It is not illegal in the U.S. to post racial insults about others on your Facebook page. But it might end up violating the law of some other country and almost certainly violates the terms of service of Facebook. At the very least Facebook could take down the offending posts.

    So OP has apparently abandoned this particular endeavour in order to go around telling 18-year-old girls they have nice asses and ask them if they wanna have sex with him - but only if it's legal to do so! My mind boggles at the base level this guy lives at. (Dogmatique, we are boggling away together!)
