How does one upload a scan on this site?
You don't. You can upload them somewhere else, such as tinypic.com, and share links.

If your planning on sueing I hope your patient! Thsi law suit will cost you thousands will take over year if not more! By time anything (if that) is awarded your bills will be so high that money will be gone. Only winner will be the Attorneys! BTW I agree with BAM! and thats rare!!
Presumably the OP would try to find a lawyer who would take this case on a contingent fee basis, as opposed to paying an hourly fee. If he cannot find one, that should convey a message about how the lawyers he consults view the merits of the case.
Re: Filing a Suit After Charges Are Nolle Prossed
I understand that a law suit would not be practical. Af far as agreeing with bam!, I have no advice for you.
Here is a link to the doc I received at court this afternoon. It is the first one titled "nol pros"

Re: Filing a Suit After Charges Are Nolle Prossed
Its really not wise to post so much personal info on a public website! Your questions should be directed to your Attorney
Re: Filing a Suit After Charges Are Nolle Prossed
The case was brought before a judge, but it was "nolle prosequi". It does not say why it wasn't prosecuted, but it could be because the State's witnesses did not show up.
I have looked you up and you have an extensive history in the court system dating back to 1993 where you "CDS/PRESCRP:OBTN-MAKE FORGERY" where you received 189 days in jail. You also have SEVERAL drug charges. People who habitually use drugs also tend to steal a little more often than those who don't.
That being said, if you did not steal those items like they claimed, then sure, go for it and see if anyone will pursue action against KMart. Good luck to you in all your endeavors.
Re: Filing a Suit After Charges Are Nolle Prossed
I got one word to say about that "BUSTED! :D
Re: Filing a Suit After Charges Are Nolle Prossed
I would urge you, if you wish to keep the documents online, to use a graphics editor to black out identifying information such as your name, address, and the case number. It's your privacy that you're putting at risk, and it's your right to do so, but you're already getting a hint of where that can lead.
Re: Filing a Suit After Charges Are Nolle Prossed
Thank you Aaron. I had blacked out that info on the other scans I had posted about this mess, but I just said fk it today. I'm not applying for a job, but you're right and I will fix that. Plus, if I left it unaltered, I didn't think bam! would try and say that it's BS, but I should have known better than that. lol

I am not a thief, and my record should reflect that.
I have never denied having a criminal history on this site, as I stated in the following quote:

Really, though, you make some great points and I appreciate your honesty, so I'll return the favor. I am no angel. I have done bad things. I have gone to jail for these things (no felonies, BTW) but never once during the course of these prosecutions did I evr claim to be innocent, because I was, in fact, guilty.I consider myself a practical person and really can't see the point in feigning innocence, especially in an on-line forum. I really do have better things to do with my time (and, no, commiting crimes is not one of them...lol)
On that note, check out some songs I wrote and recorded:

A little plug can't hurt
Another plug can't hurt anything either as long as bam! keeps his cheap shots in his holster ;)
This is kinda funny: Someone around here suggested I file a defamation of character suit and I told them I was fairly certain that one needed to be of good character in order to have it defamed. :D lol

No.....:wallbang: ......like I said before, the state finally viewed the tape (after having it in evidence since the charges were filed ) and the perp was clearly not myself. The States Attorney wants to arrange a time for me to come to his office and view the tape to see if I can ID the person commiting the act. Now they say that whoever it was did use my address on the return receipt, so there is a good chance that I can ID him.

Thank you bam!, I think you meant that. Same to you.

I am not going to post what I know about you, so don't worry. I just posted what I found in a quick search of the online public records.
Oh, and if you read the paper, it was seen by a judge on the 17th of January where it was nolle prossed.

If this isn't a prime example of cyber-stalking then I don't know what is! You've a bit too much time on your hands bamster.
