Withdrawing Form I-130 for a F1 Spouse
Hello everyone, I have an issue related to Texas state.
I filled out an I-130 Petition for Alien Relative after I married my wife 1 year (she is F-1 student, until now). We used to live in an apartment together for 1 year since our marriage (I still keep the lease with her name on it), we have separated when I found out her cheating and dating with another dude. Now I decide not to sponsor her but I have a few questions.
1) She paid the tax in 2013 and 2014 really high so I can sponsor her.
2) I am financing a car under my name (she put the down payments but we've both paid the bills)
Biggest concern for 1&2 => Is there anyway she can file a lawsuit or harm me after I withdraw I-130 application?
Biggest concern => What is penalty if she uses my SSN to apply loans without my permission? I have locked my SSN with Transunion, fraud alert but I am still afraid.
Biggest concern => Will anything happen to me after this?
Please advise me if anyone has been through this situation and its consequence. Thank you so much.

It is unclear whether you have filed for divorce. If not, see a family law attorney immediately; one with either immigration law experience or partner would be the best choice.
Do NOT continue to live with her as many understand how to make false accusations in order to use the VAWA.
