Indictment Date to Actual Arrest Date
My question involves criminal law for the state of: TX

Is there a time frame in which an actual arrest must be made when indicted by the grand jury? if so, what is it?

Nope. There's a 180 day limit on how long you can hold someone in custody without an indictment/information, but if he's not being held, they can take their time (up until the statute of limitations runs out).
