Is she reporting the monies you pay her to welfare? If not she is committing fraud! Her welfare check is based on her inome (if any) and her properties (car etc) If she fails to report and monies or property she has committed fraud

Your post is hard to understand, but, in most states child support and visitation are completely separate. If your child's mother will not allow you to see the child AND you have a court order that gives you visitation rights, then you can take her to court for contempt. You will need to document the times that you attempted to see your child, based on the court order, and what happened (if you were allowed, if you were denied, etc).
You say that you have a 5 week old, but then you talk about your son trying to talk to your child's mother, which is confusing as well.

NewDad, I'd like to give you some advice. I'd like to you listen to it, and not be offended.
I don't know how old you are, but you are at least old enough to have a child. You will need to be able to make a decent income, so that you can help financially support this child. You will need to be able to communicate better. Your spelling is horrible. You haven't formed a complete sentence. You have written one long, mumbling thought, which is hard to read.
You need to get back into school, so that you can get a GOOD job, in order to have a decent income.
Advice on your situation:
It doesn't appear, from what you have written, that you have a child support OR visitation order. Please correct me if I misunderstood.
If you do NOT have a child support order, then do this. Instead of giving money to mom, open a savings account. Put the money that you would have given to mom, in that savings account. Don't touch it, or spend it. However, keep making regular deposits. Then, go to court to ask for visitation and a set child support amount. Good luck.
