Me and my boyfriend broke up September 2014 i got with this other guy in November, i was sexually active with him 2014. I stopped being sexually active January 27 2015 and i remember because i recorded him that day being silly eating chickwn and i still have the video. I stayed talking to him a little bit in February 2015 but i was already back with my boyfriend that month. He was living with me and everything. The other guy was a mistake and if i could take it back i would but its the past now. Okay well march 2015 i found out i was pregnant. ANd i no its from my boyfriend because nurse even told me i got pregnant February and before i found out i was pregnant my boyfriend was getting morning sickness. that other guy didnt even no untill april or may BECAUSE of facebook. He had tried getting back with me plenty of times till after march when i told him off he finally left me alone. but after he found out i waa pregnant he started trying to Tell me it was his baby; when i no FOR A FACT its not! My babygirl even looks alll like my boyfriend and his sister! The other guy finally left me alone after like the 5-6th time i told him to leave me alone! Well November 2015 my little girl was born. My boyfriend /babydaddy was there with me and all. Of course he signed the birth certificate and a.o.p. ok well now its January and Saturday 1/23/2016 i get a letter for child support from that guy!!! Is it even possible for him to keep bugging me!!

If I try to translate that into something approximating English... You had a long-term boyfriend, you broke up, you found a new boyfriend and you became pregnant. You believe that there is no chance that your former boyfriend is the father, but he believes that he is the father and has commenced paternity litigation. Meanwhile, the baby has been born and your new boyfriend signed an AOP to be named as father on the child's birth certificate. Is that correct?

If in fact there is a zero percent chance that your former boyfriend is the father, why not simply agree to a paternity test at his expense? The baby's cheek gets swabbed, the DNA gets tested, he is proved not to be the father, and you get to move on with your life?

Mr. Knowitall, It good to know that you speak whatever language that is. I took latin and french, but I'm lost with this new language.

maylani29, what do you mean you got a letter for child support from that guy ? Do you mean that the man wants to pay you child support and that he wants to see his child ? The parent that has the child is usually the one that gets child support, not pay it. Was it just a letter from the man, or was it from the courts ? If the DNA test is not done by a certified legimate lab with the chain of custody kept in tact, the results aren't reliable.

Mercy and grace ha! Thank you! I was going to say something myself to mr.knowitall but thank you for clearing that up! ..and they guy that sent me a letter is the guy i dated for 2 months after i broke up with my boyfriend of 2 years. I ended things with my long term boyfriend and got with this other guy. We'll call my long term boyfriend (a) and the other guy (b). So me and a broke up. I got with b for 2 months. I broke up with b in january. All of February i was with a. Come march i find out im pregnant. Dr told me i got pregnant in February. And i already no it belongs to a....i had my baby in November 2015 ..okay well this paat weekend. January 23 2016 i get a letter from the child support offices saying they're looking into my case! Thing is i never filed!! It was guy b! And his names not even on the birth certificate!

O and about eating chicken, i was explaining the last time i was sexually active with guy b was January 27 and that i clearly remember the date because i have him on video. He was being silly that day while eating his chicken and i recorded him. Thats how i remember the last day i was sexually active with guy b.

Okay hon, seriously - you have to type in full sentences and paragraphs. It's really hard to figure out what you're actually saying.

From what I can gather, one of these guys has filed a paternity action through CSE (presumably), saying he's the father and is trying to obtain legal rights to his child. You will have to produce the child for a DNA paternity test.

So what are you worried about? Do the test, get it over with. I am not understanding your confusion.

Are you receiving cash assistance from the state of Texas?

You misunderstood what I meant in my comment to Mr. Knowitall. It helps if a person can make sense of what you write if they are going to try and answer your questions. I couldn't understand a lot of what you said. I admire Mr. Knowitall for taking the time and effort to try and make sense of what you wrote.

Doctors and nurses are not perfect on dates. My first child they gave me a conception date about two weeks after the last time I know I had sex (during that time period.) I knew it had to be a certain date because it's the only date in a six week period that I was intimate with anyone. They still insisted on the date they had picked.

Also, January 27th is so close to February as to be quite arguable that this man could be the father.

You're going to have to go to court to disprove the idea that this man is the child's father.
