Possession of Marijuana

in 2001 I was 17 and got a use of marijuana charge.I have only got 1 speeding ticket and a seatbelt ticket in the last 6 years 1-7-07 I got a poession of marijuana charge I had about a quater ounce what do you think Im facing should I get a lawyer. I live in michigan
