How to Modify Child Support After Moving Out of State

My question involves child support in the State of: KENTUCKY

I went thru divorce in 2011 and a child support order was put into affect in Lexington, KY. I have moved out of state to Tennessee near Memphis and its way over 300 miles to travel and presents a travel problem, I am wanting to lower my child support because I have had a continued decline in income of 56% and I can't afford an attorney to lower my child support, what can I do instead of having to travel that far which presents transportation issues for me, how can I have it lowered without having to travel.

Why has your income declined? You could try contacting CSEA about a review and doing it that way.
