Let me put it this way: your boyfriend would not face the risk of prosecution for a sex crime if he has sex with you and you consent to the sex. But because you are still a minor and under the control of your parents, your boyfriend could get into other trouble if your parents object to any part of your relationship, whether or not sex is involved. If they want him to stay away from you and he doesn’t, they can pursue a restraining order or take other legal action. Once you turn 18 and are an adult, then it won’t matter what your parents think.
