Re: charged with obstruction after denying car search in ny
then i just realized i have 2 tint tickets from 2 different troopers 1 in a diff court then the criminal charge then both in the criminal court.

how is that possible that on the same stop i was written 2 of the same tickets by 2 different offericers with one being in its own court then the other 2 in a different court so over all 3 different potential fines for the same stop and same infraction? that doesnt seem right im being charged for the same thing 3 different ways

I can't see the tickets from here, but odds are you are cited with one civil infraction that is being handled in traffic court, and that you are confused about the infraction being a part of your criminal case that is being handled in the criminal court.

no i have 2 different window tint tickets from 2 different officers for the same stop both dated and timed the same with different officers signatures on each. there both in one court and my criminal is in another so thats 2 tint tickets for the same stop? how can i get the same ticket twice for the same stop?

and then today i open a letter and the court that my criminal charge is in sent me a letter rescheduling my court date but this other court also has 2 tint tickets as well as my criminal charge so now thats

2 tickets from 2 different officers cited on the same date time and location in one court and then in the other i have my criminal and the same 2 tint charges again so a total of 4 tint tickets in 2 different courts.

how can i even be cited twice for the same thing by 2 different officers under the same stop. and then at the same time i have 2 courts expecting me for these same 2 tickets that doesn't make sense to me at all .
