Grandparent Rights

i live in georgia. my husband and i are going through a reunification process for 90 days to get our 1 yr old son back. my mother in law has him now. we have a 2 month old in our custody....when we go to our 1st appointment at DFCS they are going to set up visitation with our 1 yr old so he can get to know us...will our infant be involved...Ga grandparent rights say if the parents are married and have custody of the child then they make the decisions of grandparent visitation...can DFCS legally include our infant if we object since we have custody?

in the state of georgia....can DFCS order our newborn child into visitation if we object...he has nothing to do with the case with my one year old son......also....can my mother-in-law be granted visitation on either one of my sons??????????????

Are you asking if you can prevent grandparent visitation with your newborn (the 2 mo old), even though you are seeking visitaton with the 1 yr old that your mother-in-law has custody of?

If DFCS is trying to reintegrate the family, and they believe that involves introducing the infants to each other in the context of visits, what's your reasoning in resisting them?

we are not resisting the babies...we do not want my mother-in-law to have visitation with our 2 month old....the babies will have a life-time to get to know each other.....our newborn has nothing to do with the case

she tried to win full custody of our 1 yr old for money only....she's an athiest...the juvenile judge found her of child endangerment...she's tried to tear my family apart...when her son ( my husband) was 13 she made him move to his father's house and my husband had never met him till that day(she threw my husband away pretty much) she's an alcoholic, she is in an abusive relationship, she's a con artist, she lies to my family, she's manipulated my mother onto her side....and she is an idiot...any more questions?
