Emancipation from a Guardianship at 16

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Missouri
I am 16 years old and i want to figure out if i can be emancipated from my legal guardians. I have a part time job and get good grades. I was a ward of the state for 2 years so I have state paid insurance. If I left would I be able to receive help from a social worker? I've thought of leaving before I just don't know how to go about it of if i even need to get emancipated since its just a guardianship.

There is no different between parents and guardians as far as the emancipation statute is concerned. You must already be living seperate or have consent from the guardians.
