    What is Considered Communication Harassment
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Alabama My ex constantly cusses me in our text msgs. Along with making sure he tells me what a --- I am etc . . . I would not even communicate with him if we didn't have a child. He does this every time he doesn't get what he wants. I have never cussed back. I refuse to put myself in a situation that will get me arrested. Thanks

Go to court, and ask to modify your current custody agreement so that you are allowed to communicate via MyFamilyWizard. You can check it out yourself, and it allows the judge to access your communications hence it can go a long way in making sure you're both playing nicely.

Thank you, I have never heard of that until now. Wish I had known. It's been going on for years. Again, thank you!

You're absolutely welcome! It's something of a sanity-saver if you have a parent who is ... "reluctant" ... to co-parent with you :)
