Can a Teenager Run Away to Live With the Other Parent
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
I'm 16 years old. My dad and mom have split custody. I do live with my dad and go to school over where he lives but I see my mom on holidays and weekends. I want to live with my mom. My dad moved out of the house at 16 and I want him to just allow me to move to my moms with no hassle. Can he call the cops and have me go back to his house if I choose to live with my mom?

Yes he can, and your Mom can get into legal trouble if she doesn't send you home.
