Can I get custody of the kids if she is pregnant from another man

i was wondering if i could use her being pregnant with another man while we were married. we are still married and she doesnt think i could use that against her for custody of the kids. isnt that good proof that she was cheating and isnt worried bout her kids since she is pregnant with somebody else while she was married? please tell me.

If you live in Ohio and are married, you are the legal father of the child, so if you are planning on getting divorced and don't want to pay child support for that child you need to see an attorney and disestablish paternity.
