How Does Declining a Job Affect Your H1B Visa
    Hi,

I am currently working for company A. I received job offers from company B & C. I declined the offer from company B after they transfer my H1B as the offer made by company C was promising. Currently company C is in process of transferring my H1B. My current company A has put me on a project for 3 years and I am thinking of declining the offer from company C.

Will the multiple decline of offers after H1B transfer have any impact on my H1B renewal / L1 application / Green Card application? Can someone please help me in this matter.

The term "transfer" is a misnomer. Each employer applies for an H1b visa, with the "transfer" being the policy that allows you to start working for a new employer before their petition is approved.

If it needs to be said, you are expected to obey the law by remaining lawfully employed and, if you lose your job, returning home within the grace period.
