Marriage to an Illegal Immigrant Who Became Engaged After Entry as a Tourist
My question involves marriage law for the State of: California
I came to america legally and just for a vacation but i met my now fiancee and stayed over my visa. Now my passport is expired as well. Can we get married never less and apply for SSN?

Given that the facts you are sharing strongly suggest that you entered on a tourist visa with the intent to immigrate, you can expect to encounter great skepticism of any claim that you intended to return home as promised, that you didn't know your fiancée until you entered the U.S. on your vacation, and you fell in love and became engaged so quickly that you didn't deliberately overstay your tourist visa, I suggest consulting an immigration lawyer about your situation.

That said, many people do successfully adjust their status after overstaying a visa and marrying a citizen.

I most definitely did not come here with intentions to stay. It was only supposed to be a month and half long vacation which i had done previous 3 years before that.
