    Repossession of a Damaged Vehicle
A car was severely damaged and the 'owner' found guilty of insurance fraud due to said damages, they are still paying on the car as it just sits in a drive way. The car runs just fine its exterior and interior is what is highly damaged. If they stop making payments and allow it to get repossessed what will happen because the vehicle is highly damaged? They have already gone to court and everything over the felonies for said actions.

They will end up owing a great deal of money to their lender.

Any insurance money, if the car was not immediately fixed should have gone to the lender.

It sounds like that's the heart of the problem -- the claim for repairs was denied due to insurance fraud.
