Can You Have Sex in a Public Toilet Without Windows

Hey guys, need your help. I have a girlfriend. We both live with our parents so we can t have sex at home. I don t wanna rent a hotel room for 40$ each time. We saw a public restroom in a park. It can be closed and nobody can see anything because it s a whole room whithout windows.

Our plan is to go there, of course put something on the floor and do it there. Is this still illegal if somebody has to use the bathroom? Because they can t open the door and we can get dressed quickly and get out. Nobody can proof we had sex. So we can t be charged for sex in public right?

Did I ask for your judgement on this? I just want to know if I could get in real trouble if somebody sees us coming out there together.

Make sure you are both 18 and have Ids. Yes if someone see you,you could get in trouble for indecent exposure or something. If you go to the park after it closes,that can be trespassing. If you both go $20-$20,you can have fun in a clean and safe spot. If you do it doing normal park hours,someone eventually is gonna call the cops on you. It's not a good idea.

If you want to know what crimes you could be charged with committing in your state, you would have to follow the instruction to identify your state. But your plan is a crime in every state.
