Can You Bring in Your Extended Family Based on a Special Immigrant Visa
I have a Green Card from Afghanistan. I got my Green Card two years ago through SIV (Special Immigration Visa) as a translator. I would like to know how I can bring my parents and brother and sister under 18 and my fiancé? Would it be easier for her if I get married? Can they apply via SIV category?

You've got a few problems. First is that the queue to get in this way is very long. You can check the priority dates here:

First off, none of these people are eligible to enter based on your green card. Once your fiancee marries you, then she becomes eligible. Your siblings (age is unimportant) and your parents are not. Only your spouse and unmarried children under 21 are eligible.

The relationship rule is still the same:

Your spouse, as well as unmarried children younger than age 21, may be granted SIVs, and may travel with you or may follow to join you after you have been admitted to the United States.

Sounds like you don't have as long to wait however.
