Consequences to a G4 Employee Who Marries an Illegal Alien

Hi there,

Just want to know if there is a penalty for a G4 visa holder wishing to marry an illegal partner for another country. Is there any way to resolve this matter without prejudice of any of both?

It won't affect your visa, although you might want to speak to your employer about your situation as we cannot guarantee you that they'll be happy with the situation. It will do nothing to give the undocumented immigrant lawful status.
