Does it Violate Copyright to Sell Transcripts of Copyrighted Videos

I have transcribed the content of 25 tutorial Youtube videos for personal use. I understand now that they have some value and I want to sell each transcript online. Am I infringing copyright of the original video content? What is your suggestion to proceed in my initiative in respect of the law?
