Can You Get a SENTRI Pass if You Have a Criminal Record

I have a misdemeanor in Washington State from 1989 which I had vacated in 2009, and another misdemeanor in Arizona from 2010 which I had set aside in 2014. Can I get a Sentri Pass?

The details of the convictions will matter. Criminal convictions are not an automatic bar to being approved for the SENTRI pass, but they will certainly work against you. All you can really do is apply for it and give honest answers about everything, including the convictions, and see what CBP decides.
