How to Check Your Immigration Status

Hello Again,

Just a simple question, "How can a person check their status?". If you need to describe a scenario so you can reference and answer to this question that is perfectly fine. The only thing I ask is please don't reply with "Just ask the person" I'm hoping to find a real way if that means checking the persons credit ( if they have any ) or calling an Embassy. I heard a rumor that you can try and check with an employer with E-verify.

Requesting how to check status and giving examples that were suggested is.... bad? specially when asking this forum their input with hopefully experience and perspective.

Well I keep trying to word my questions to filter out responses like this but obviously failing. So, the answer is now yes I believe Snarky will work:
Can you please answer the question without detouring into other subjects and trying to act all noble making it seem like this is some kind of personal argument? ( Your answer is to go into details of situations or something wrong in your mind by basing different facts you copied from another webpage )

A simple fact IF you don't know or cannot/will not relate a scenario to help others understand then just simply don't respond. I'm not sure why you feel that you Must reply to every post, maybe you just have a huge ego and you want your numbers to look good. Maybe this is how you make yourself feel better because you hate your life or perhaps just others. Either way I hope you find someone to be with before you end up on the news.

For a V visa? If the person is the wife or minor child of a LPR who entered on a V visa, what is it that makes you think the person has gone out of status?

If the V visa holder has applied for and received EAD, then E-Verify should show that they are authorized to work; if they don't have EAD, then they would not show up as authorized to work.
