How to Report Illegal Gambling Operations
I am former poker site SEO Manager, during my employment I have discovered facts of the site performing illegal operations: such are Operation of Illegal Gambling Business, Money Laundering and Illegal Marketing activities.

I have published some facts about the site's illegal actions online and now the site is trying to sue me.

The poker site well known for breaking international laws, it was accused of Violation of Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGIEA, Operation of Illegal Gambling Business, Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud and Wire Fraud, Money Laundering Conspiracy in United States in 15 April 2011 and 300 Million Tax Fraud in Italy in 11 March 2015.

Which organisation I should contact to report about facts of Operation of Illegal Gambling Business, Money Laundering and Illegal Marketing activities of the poker site?

If you're in the U.S., try the FBI. If not, then try making your report your nation's equivalent of the FBI.

That was stupid. You should have reported the illegal activities while you were working for the site. As manager, presumably you were aware of how and by what the site was regulated.

now the site is trying to sue me.

There is no trying to sue, there is only sue or not sue.

Have you been served with a summons and complaint (lawsuit)?

It was not obvious that the poker site was performing illegal activities, it took me several months to discover it.

The poker site in process of suing me now, for publishing "confidential" information, which is no more than evidence of their crimes.

Then you need to stop talking to anyone who isn't your lawyer.

If that means you were served a lawsuit and litigation is in progress then I agree with free9man that you should be talking to nobody but your lawyer.
