Re: Misunderstanding of Jail Time vs Community Labor
Dude. Sentences are your friend.
Plead stupidity and ask for an extension of the time. Bring proof of your otherwise compliance. Waiting until your status heaaring doesn't bode well for you.
Re: Misunderstanding of Jail Time vs Community Labor
You appear to be stating that you were sentenced to 96 hours in jail (and were likely to turn yourself in likely on a specified date), that you were sentenced to perform community service, and that you were sentenced to complete a DUI class, and that you have failed to compete any of the terms of your sentence.
If you don't yet have a lawyer, get one.
Re: Misunderstanding of Jail Time vs Community Labor
I think he did spend his 96 hours, it's just his lack of proper grammar and punctuation. The "it didn't" applies to "I thought my jail time was taking care of my community labor."
If you only enrolled, but didn't finish your DUI class you're also in trouble there. At least, that one shows you're attempting to comply.
