Responsibility for Criminal Activity on an Online Voice Server
So I run an online gaming community with a TeamSpeak server (voice communications server).
I'm concerned if I would be liable if a member or random person that joined the server would break any laws on my server.
For example, if someone over 18 on my voice server was sexually harassing or abusing someone under the age of 18.
Would I be liable and should I be worried about a civil or criminal action taken against me?

You chose not to follow the instruction to identify your state, and you have chosen not to share any information about the type of activity you are encouraging or allowing on your server. I suggest discussing your entire business plan with a lawyer in your state.

It's a gaming community, we play a ton of different online games like League of Legends.
I live in NC.

It's not a business plan, it's a simple online communications server I run for my gaming clan.
