As I said, you never mentioned until now that you had your parents' permission to move out. If that is true, that's all you need.
They can revoke that privilege at any time until you turn 18; however, IN YOUR STATE (I emphasize that for the benefit of other teens in other states who may be reading this - in approximately 47 states this next part would not be true) law enforcement is unlikely to take any action. If your parents at some point change their minds and want you back home, law enforcement won't bring you home but they also won't interfere if your parents pick you up bodily and carry you back home.
If they don't change their minds, then you're golden and can be as independent as your immature little heart desires.
I look forward to the post when you have a six month old baby and your baby's father has gotten bored with playing house with you and moved on to greener pastures, and your parents tell you they're no longer responsible for you. Have fun until then.
