Traveling Outside of the U.S. Before Getting a Green Card
Hi, I will be married soon and then IŽll apply for a green card. I am from Czech republic and my fiancee is from US. My question is: after I apply for the green card, can I leave the country and will I be allowed to reenter all before getting the green card? Czech citizens donŽt have to have a tourist visa to visit US, just an ESTA registration. Thanks!
