Thats funny- I DON'T like T.V!! LOL!! I rather research or read than watch t.v. I pay for cable but only to get the weather and Hockey!! GO RED WINGS!! I was just wondering because of how like the polygraph test isn't admissible in court because it isn't accurate. Video can be cut and spliced- it's called editing. That is why I was just going to plead guilty and get it over with. I KNOW there is a video and it will do MORE harm than good. However everyone that has seen it says I am just on it standing there and paying for my stuff with credit cards. I just don't want to take my chances. Are you an attorney or judge if you don't mind me asking?

My profession is of no importance here. If you read my signature line it pretty well sums it up. Even If I said I was I could be lieing! Just take what you can use here and leave the rest alone!

Like I said- only if you don't mind my asking. It isn't important because everything you have said makes COMPLETE sense!! I just wish I had the common sense to think of the consumers end of it before I said OK- its ok we can do that. DUH- I don't blame you for not being nice to people like that. I am the consumer that is always saying "yah people steal and we pay for it by them upping our prices"!! SO- I know what you mean but I STILL highly appreciate all your advice.

I must of missed where I didn't tell you that both of these charges were felonies punishable by 5yrs each. Can I still drop the first and bring the second one down to a misdemeanor? STILL hoping for fines, probation, etc..

Working out a plea deal should get both dropped to misdemeanors

that would depend on the terms of plea deal but yes that is very likely

OK- I was just wondering if I had got in over my head. I just found out from my other lawyer on the domestic that I am getting a disorderly person charge and like 50$ in fines. I don't think that is right when I didn't do anything. What is the deal with this judicial system? He was drunk I wasn't and he pushed me- I didn't touch him. I went to jail and he didn't get picked up for 10 more days. Then got an obstructing and resisting charge- dropped that all out and got a jostling charge. How is that justice?

Well nothing you said happened at all!! They would NOT take a plea of fines, probation and delayed jail upon completion of probation. I had to take a plea of a felony to conspiracy to retail fraud and see the Circuit court judge who is hard as hell on people and has NO "mercy". This being my 1st offense I don't know what else I can do now? I didn't enter a plea but waived my preliminary exam and now have to do this. Is there ANY thing else you can think of? There is 9 other people involved I had NO clue about and most of their statements are NOT true.

You can take the case to trial, if you choose. Perhaps the prosecutor at Circuit Court will offer a better deal. I would ask what your lawyer thinks, but that's probably best not posted here.

I have a private message tool that you can fee free to use. I know this other judge is a meat grinder and I am not sure how to withdraw my plea of pleading guilty in circuit court. I have 2 Dui's from 5 &6 yrs ago and that is IT. They can SEE I have no other convicitions or anything and haven't got into trouble. This was a huge flippin mistake on my part and now I am scared. i should of thought about this BEFORE I agreed to it. they are trying to pin point me as some sort of RING leader, whatever that means!! This wasn't MY idea!! I wrote that on paper and said that I told the cashier I would get her stuff too but that to ME sounds like a basic confession. I wouldn't go talk to the detective and NOW he is trying to pin me. I just did what I was advised by the lawyer I was talking too!! Should I go talk to him now? to see if I can get him to budge on the plea?

They also have way too much evidence to take it to trial and it would just burn my butt if I did!! How do I withdraw my plea if possible?

Attorneys don't like losing cases if he felt your case was lost he might just concede. However only you and the Attorney involved know all the details of the case evidence etc. Where we may tell you what "might" happen we cannot accurately predict outcome. If you feel your Attorney failed you seek a second Attoneys advice.
