Empacipation

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: emancipation
Im a 16 year old mother who lives with my mom. My boyfriend and his family maintain my son and i. My mom wants my son's birth certificate just for food stamps cause she doesnt work for the past 3 years. She always yells at me and tells me she'll call CPS on me so they could take my son away from me cause i called CPS on my baby for hitting me a lot before i got pregnant. My boyfriend always hears and sees what she does and say to me. She threatens me by the cops. I really want to emancipate myself soo bad. I really dont want to be living here anymore. I go through too much in this house. I really need help please.

You're 16 with a baby. Despite you ignoring the question about which state is relevant, I can answer anyway. No court will emancipate you.
