    Help with Emancipation in Minnesota
My friend is 15 years old and she... bottom line... needs to get emancipated. I'm pretty sure that 16 is the legal age in MN to get emancipated.... but we dont have that long.

What i know so far is that i can get her emancipated through legal marriage, self stability, and a few other circumstances. I dont believe that MN has a procedure of going about emancipation.

Then her mom is not thinking of her well-being. She has gotten back together with her ex that has been charged with assult against her mom, physically assulted my friend(wasn't charged), recieved a restraining order against her mom and herself, been arrested for several incidents relating to the restraining order and things involving them, and she has nightmares about him. Dont know how much of this info can be used but i figure i should say everything i can to get a good response.

I really need some help asap if someone can assist me. I'm doing research but i'm only one person, i know there is people here that have much more knowledge than i. someone please help

You're going to try to find her a mail order husband, or something? Yet even then, a fifteen-year-old can't marry without permission.
