Mr. Knowitall
So that's a "yes'.
It's a "yes" to only this: My 2011 five year agreement with the Smithsonian Institute is that I will keep these gold and platinum statutes secure and safe. The SI will retrieve them on or before 7/28/2016.
Addendum: Many more valuable treasures, loan or donated by other fine institutions, are also located therein.

Your backyard doesn't sound like the safest place to be keeping old records. Just saying.
Any other plants beside the tomatoes?
Yes, squash, cucumbers, spinach, carrots, radishes, cilantro, basil, green onions, and blueberries. The statutes are not considered "old records".
In the past, two workers have had sticky fingers after surveying the grounds, so we want to have an abundance of caution.

You are keeping "valuable treasures" in your back yard? Are they in a shed or just sitting out in the elements?

I was referring to this quote of yours:

I think I'll go roll up my pant legs a couple inches.

He's playing games. If he had any facts that would be helpful to his position, he would instead be sharing them instead of wasting our time with the games.

Looks like you are going to have to harvest your pot plants early this year.
