Accusing a High Profile Person of Stalking
My question involves criminal law for the state of: TN

I have been stalked and harassed by a very high profile person in the top 1% of the population for almost 11 years. I have been through every legal avenue and never really had the evidence to prove that this person was doing this to me until now. Due to almost losing custody of my child and losing everything I owned because of the power and money that this individual has in society, I am very cautious discussing this case with a lawyer. This person has made my life a living hell and I now have very specific evidence to prove who has been doing some of the most horrible things to me for years. I am in desperate need of some advice as to how I should handle this and get someone to take my case seriously. He has bought off everyone and has everyone in his pocket. If someone is willing to take this case on they will be able to retire off of the proceeds that they get from this. I live in constant fear and cannot get anyone to help me. If anyone is interested in hearing the details and seeing the evidence I would love to speak with you.

You can take your evidence to the police and make a report. If the evidence is sufficient, either before or after investigation, the police will pass it along to a prosecutor for review.

Last time I told the police they locked me up in a mental institution because they didn't believe me. But that was also before I had valid proof. That's the kind of power this person yields. I honestly don't know if the police would do anything except make my life harder because of who he is. He owns everything, when I say high profile I mean SUPER HIGH PROFILE, not some sports star or actor.

The police didn't lock you in a mental institution for accusing somebody of stalking. If you were locked in a mental institution, it would have been because you showed signs of mental illness to the point that you were a danger to yourself or others.

You should discuss your concerns with the mental health professional who is presently managing your care.

The fact remains that reputable attorneys do not troll message boards looking for clients, so you will not find representation here.

Stay in therapy, as it is clearly a critical part of your overall mental health.
