    Minor and Marijuana Possession
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Wisconsin

So I was out with a couple of my friends and we got pulled over. Long story short the officer smelled the weed on us and searched the car, then he proceeded to find a bag of weed in my glove compartment.
I got a ticket for $450 dollars. I also got a curfew ticket since I am only 17.

    Possesion of Marijuana (3.5g) - 9.961.41(e) = $452.50
    Curfew - 9.17 = $200.50

    My questions are:
    How will this effect me?
Do I have to put this on resumes, etc?
Should I hire a lawyer and go to court?
Should I go to court without a lawyer?
Is there anyway I can get this removed?
Will this be on my record?
    What should i do now?

Any and ALL help is appreciated!

If you pay the fine or go to court and lose, you will have a criminal record. Wisconsin doesn't hide juvenile convictions so yes you will have a criminal record and that will have an AFFECT on you.

You don't unsolicited disclose your criminal activities on your resume. You will have to answer questions on job applications that ask about whether you've been convicted.

I always recommend people who are charged with crimes at least speak to a lawyer. I do not recommend going to court without having done so.

If you're convicted of a misdemeanor you might eventually get it expunged, but it would be best not to get convicted in the first place.
