great thread.....just in time. i wanted to ask a question about the same topic. as i do not share the same problem Li.bee does, i also won money on a scratch off ticket. i have filed the paperwork to update my situation with child support. my question is, do i have to divulge how i came across this lump sum of money or can i just simply tell the court that it was a commission, or business deal?
