My question involves civil rights in the State of: Wisconsin
I have had dead animals left in my driveway 4 times in the last 10 months and someone has been in my house several times. The dead bolt lock has been tampered with the basement windows and now I believe I'm being recorded on my computer and listening devices . I have reported theses incidents to the police and they just say they will note it. I have a freon record for owi's and feel as if I'm being framed for drugs by my mothers boyfriend and my ex boyfriend and them using info they get off these devices to try to "catch" me doing something wrong. I am on extended supervision and have a child scared because of all this illegal and stalking activity. I need help and protection but know I'm being setup. I could say more as evidence if u need more info.
