My question involves criminal law for the state of: I live in NC and was upset with a family member and I stated on social media "wnen you see my husband out you are going to have a lot of explaining to do'

... and... that was it?

Is somebody threatening you with a lawsuit? What?

is there a question that goes with this?

You did not ask a question, but, this certainly does not seem to be remotely criminal.
