    My question involves criminal law for the state of: I live in NC and was upset with a family member and I stated on social media "wnen you see my husband out you are going to have a lot of explaining to do'

    You did not ask a question, but, this certainly does not seem to be remotely criminal.

    Ricky always said that to Lucy.

    He never got arrested or sued.
