My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Indiana
Can you get emancipated if your mother and sister are emotionally abusing you?
Emancipation is based on a minor's proven ability to take care of and support themselves. They need to be able to prove to the satisfaction of the judge that they have the means to provide all their own support, before the judge will even LOOK at your reasons for wanting it. FYI "Emotional abuse" is rarely if ever a good enough reason.
If you want anything more, you need to actually ask a question.
Doesn't any newcomer bother reading the other threads here? What, nobody? Is the microwave mentality that pervasive?!
Y'know, if you can't do a bit of basic research yourself, you have no business even trying to be emancipated.
