    My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Indiana

    Can you get emancipated if your mother and sister are emotionally abusing you?

    Emancipation is based on a minor's proven ability to take care of and support themselves. They need to be able to prove to the satisfaction of the judge that they have the means to provide all their own support, before the judge will even LOOK at your reasons for wanting it. FYI "Emotional abuse" is rarely if ever a good enough reason.

    If you want anything more, you need to actually ask a question.

    No, but you can call Child Protective Services and have them investigate the alleged emotional abuse and perhaps remove you from your family and put you in foster care with some other family.

    By the way, what kind of emotional abuse are you suffering?

    Be specific.

    Y'know, if you can't do a bit of basic research yourself, you have no business even trying to be emancipated.
